What to Use Instead of 5 Different Platforms: Why I Moved to Kartra (and What I Kept)

If you’re anything like I was, you’ve duct-taped together a tech stack that mostly works: one tool for emails, another for forms, another for landing pages, a checkout platform, a calendar tool, and maybe even a course host or file delivery service.

That was me—until I realized how much time and energy I was spending managing platforms instead of building offers.

The Problem with Too Many Tools

Every tool came with a login, a learning curve, and a monthly fee. More importantly, they weren’t talking to each other well. When I launched something new, I had to:

  • Copy/paste links between platforms
  • Test every piece of the funnel manually
  • Hope nothing broke mid-launch

It worked, but it wasn’t sustainable. I needed a better system.

Why I Moved to Kartra

Kartra wasn’t just another tool—it replaced half of what I was using. I use it for:

  • Landing pages
  • Opt-in forms
  • Email sequences
  • Digital product delivery
  • Client onboarding
  • Membership content

And the best part? It all connects out of the box. No third-party connectors, no Franken-systems.

What I Replaced (and What I Kept)

Replaced:

  • MailerLite (email)
  • Leadpages (landing pages)
  • Gumroad (digital product checkout)
  • Calendly (for some scheduling flows)
  • Dropbox links (for file delivery)

Kept:

  • Notion (for internal SOPs)
  • Google Docs/Drive (for collaboration)
  • Stripe (for payment processing, though Kartra handles that too)

Kartra simplified the core of my business—where visibility, content, and delivery live.

Should You Make the Switch?

If you’re:

  • Building digital products, courses, or lead magnets
  • Wanting to automate client onboarding
  • Tired of chasing broken links and disconnected systems

…then yes, it’s worth trying.

Even if you only use 50% of its features, it may still be cheaper (and more efficient) than juggling five separate tools.
